Theses services are supported and carried out in collaboration with ALIA TASACIONES, an appraisal company registered under number 4,406 in the Bank of Spain (Banco de España). It was created by the merging of four appraisal companies (Ibérica de Tasaciones S.A., Tasaciones Bancarias S.A., Tasaciones y Peritaciones S.A., y Tasaciones Roma S.A.), and its activity fully complies with all current legal provisions on appraisal of goods in the mortgage market and on the official certification of appraisal societies.
